In order to qualify for the programme, you’ll need:
- A 2.1 or above (or international equivalent, the details of which are available here) in any degree discipline
- The ambition to lead at the highest levels
- The propensity to work with different cultures
- The flexibility to move globally
- Multi-lingual skills would also be an advantage
