We offer a comprehensive and considered training and development plan, and international assignment opportunities. You’ll leave equipped with the skills and experience you need to help lead our multinational, multicultural, FTSE 100 organisation into the future.

In order to qualify for the programme, you’ll need:
- A degree in any discipline (and the ability to commence full time employment in September 2020)
- The ambition to lead at the highest levels
- The propensity to work with different cultures
- The flexibility to move locally and internationally
- Multi-lingual skills would also be an advantage and you must be fluent in the language of the country to which you are applying
