The Global Graduate
We’re building a business that puts innovation and fresh thinking front and centre. And, to do that, we need ambitious and determined leaders – talent with the passion and potential to disrupt our industry, discover better ways to serve our customers and set ourselves apart from the competition. That’s why we need local knowledge and clear strategy: it’s the only way we can deliver on the individual needs of each and every market we operate in.
That’s where you come in. Our Global Graduate Leadership Programme is designed to inspire Aviva’s next generation of talent. Combining our innovative approach to everything we do, a comprehensive and considered training and development plan, and international placements, we’ll equip you with all the skills you need to take our multinational, multicultural, FTSE 100 organisation into the future.

- The flexibility to move locally and globally

Is the programme right
Friendly. Supportive. Collaborative. Our culture is all of these things and more. And we need people who share these values and are genuinely proud to work here. It’s all part of our plan to become the leader of the industry formed by people truly dedicated to our cause.
We’ve put together a quiz featuring eight questions and scenarios that will help you get a sense of whether you and Aviva are a good fit for each other. This will take about 10-12 minutes to complete.
